The names "WhatsApp", "WhatsApp Business", "Meta", and the WhatsApp logo, icons, and wordmarks are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, India, and internationally.
Any use of the term "WhatsApp" on this website or in our API documentation is strictly descriptive for the purpose of identifying product compatibility and integration capabilities under fair use principles.
2. Multi-Device Gateway Nature
WhatsAPI utilizes secure multi-device web session bridging (similar to how WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop interacts with your smartphone). We do not tamper with WhatsApp's underlying server code or encryption mechanisms.
All outbound and inbound transmissions take place directly through the user's paired personal or business SIM number.
3. User Responsibility for Account Compliance
While WhatsAPI incorporates enterprise anti-ban protections (including adaptive delay jitter, rate-throttling, and queue smoothing), the user retains full responsibility for the frequency, audience opt-in status, and content quality of all dispatches.
4. Billing & Payment Infrastructure
Billing operations on WhatsAPI are processed through the official GenesisUPI Payment Gateway (genesisupi.com). All payments are one-time prepaid transactions with 30-day manual renewals. We do not participate in unauthorized recurring credit card deductions.
