Customer Trust & Payment Protection

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WhatsAPI, we take customer satisfaction and fair billing seriously. Here is everything you need to know about our trial policy, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Free 7-Day Trial — Test Before You Pay

We believe you should never pay for software without proving that it works for your use case. Every new WhatsAPI user receives an instant 7-Day Free Trial upon account registration with full access to QR pairing, REST endpoints, and sandbox testing.

No credit card or payment is required to start your 7-day trial. You only pay if you decide to upgrade to a 30-day production plan.

2. Prepaid 30-Day Model (No Auto-Debit Traps)

All paid plans on WhatsAPI (Starter, Growth, Scale) are strictly prepaid for 30 calendar days.

3. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 48-Hour Technical Satisfaction Guarantee on newly purchased or upgraded plans under the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund

If our cloud gateway experiences continuous technical failure preventing QR pairing or message delivery within 48 hours of purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Duplicate Transactions

If a network glitch results in double deduction for the same plan, the duplicate payment is refunded automatically or immediately upon notification.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

5. How to Initiate a Refund Request

To request a refund under our 48-hour guarantee, contact our support desk with your details:

1. Send an email to official@app-genesis.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88775 27592.
2. Include your registered email address, GenesisUPI Transaction Reference Number / UTR, and the reason for the request.
3. Our finance desk verifies the gateway logs and issues the refund directly to your original UPI VPA within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Plan Cancellation

Because all subscriptions are prepaid with no recurring billing commitments, you do not need to fill out complex cancellation forms. To stop using the service, simply discontinue renewal at the end of your 30-day cycle, or unlink your WhatsApp instance and delete your account from the dashboard anytime.
